Located in Plumas National Forest with its wide variety of recreational activities both on and off the water only a few miles away.We take pride in what we do and strive to make each studio cabin perfects for your stay. Although we are diligent in our care and maintenance, it would be reasonable to expect the possibility of unintentional unexpected malfunctions at any given time. However, should an issue of inconvenience arise while you are occupying the home we have 24 hrs. emergency service and will stay on the task until there has been a resolution. Sometimes services and parts are unavailable which can cause delays and lead to disappointment. If this should occur it would not be reasonable to expect compensation for things beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Housekeeping: Smoking is prohibited in all property interiors or near an open exterior door or window. Please keep our cabins clean, neat, and tidy and leave your unit as you found it except making the bed. • Studios 1 = Min. $50.00 to max. $150.00 extra housekeeping fee

Cancellation Policy

During the busy seasons, we typically SELL OUT many holiday and weekend nights. Therefore, we require a cancellation notice of 31 days or more, prior to your arrival, or 100% payment will be forfeited regardless of the situation including late cancellations or “no shows”. Cancellations must be made either by telephoning, mailing or e-mailing only! If cancellation is received 32 or more days prior to arrival, customer may reschedule or receive a partial refund. La Porte Cabins Accommodation Center will retain a 25% booking fee of the total reservation . Cancellations made less than Thirty-one days prior to arrival are zero refundable.

Deposit Policy

It is the obligation of the Tenant to surrender the rental property in good condition by the time specified, except for reasonable wear and tear. Tenant shall pay for any damage to the Rental Property caused during his/her possession. The security deposit will be returned by regular mail to the Tenant within two weeks following Tenant’s vacating the Rental Property, minus the costs to repair or replace any damage or loss to the Rental Property or the contents thereof, and any other charges and expenses for which the Tenant is responsible pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Agent may retain the deposit for violation of the Terms and Conditions of the Rental Agreement any extra cleaning will be considered damage. Tenant is responsible for all damages or breakage to said premises during occupancy.

Premises are to be left in a clean, undamaged condition, and Guests must follow check in and check out procedures, along with the pet policy. Properties have been cleaned and inspected prior to Guests arrival. Guests must call Agents if any damages or defects are noticed within 12 hours of their check in time.
